Wiper Arms

Wiper arms on my 2005 GT Stang were looking their age. I decided to save a few $$$ and try refurbishing them myself.

- Removed wipers from vehicle
- I used a 10"-12" piece of wood and rubber mallet to remove the wiper arms
- I loosened both nuts to the top of the stud and gently tap using the mallet and wood
- Took off the old paint and rust using a glass bead blaster
- Wet sanded with 400 grit paper
- Removed dirt and any oils with acetone
- 2 to 3 coats of Rust-Oleum Self-Etching Primer
- 2 to 3 coats of Rust-Oleum Trim & Bumper Paint

Overall, very pleased with how they turned out. If you have any questions or suggestions, please shoot me an email. Thanks

They look good. I'll have to do my 06 soon with that.
