It want to remove the stock rocker decal on my stang . How can I do that the easiest way without screwing my paint up. Not a fan of the white decal

hair dryer or heat gun to loosen it, might need a razor blade to get it started, then just slowly peel it off when its warm.

Be warned, that depending on if your paint is faded a little bit, that the paint may look different underneath the decal.

Ok we'll that's good to know. My paint doesn't look faded. Then again I'm not an expert paint guy. But my stang is in really great condition for an 05. I guess I could ask a paint shop around town to make sure there has been no type of .paint fade

You know a friend of mine did that, and he said his peeled right off. It shouldn't have any fading there according to the body shop the those panels don't fade as fast as the flat surfaces, trunk, hood and roof.

Cool. I think I'm a go for it. Just don't like the white. Thanks for the advice

Just put hash marks on. Like the feel already of all my black and green. Maybe I'll replace the white with black.

once you get the decal off and you have some glue left on the car try using goo gone it gets the glue off and does not hurt the paint or clear coat

Cool that's good to know. I would have asked that next. I like a real plain smooth style so know exactly how to get it done clean is perfect.

If I wanted to replace the rocker decal with solid black. What's the easiest way to get it perfectly inline and even. Or what would you guys think an est. price to get a rocker strike painted on.
