Ground effects/plastic parts paint removal

Any ideas on how to sand or take paint off ground effects on a '91 GT? Trying to do some prep work myself to save money before taking it to the body shop

Just did my wing last week, I am NO expert, but it turned out nice, buy a sanding block, and 1000 grit sandpaper. Use a spray bottle filled with water, spray the area, and start sanding. The water acts as a lubricant of sorts. Dont go to hard on one area, youll be fine. Wipe as you go w a clean rag to see progress, its time consuming, but def cheaper.
