Underhood decals or art

So my new hood is in mail and I wanted to do something on the inside of the hood for car shows and such . Is there any decals you can put under the hood or a way to get something painted and mounted under hood . And to be talking about the underside of the hood itself

Saw this GT500 at the Roush open house last week. He had the stripes painted on the car then continue under the hood with the cobras painted on too. Was real clean.

That Hydro dipping has some of the sickest designs. Saw one last week with the whole center console and the radio plastic dipped with a red carbon fiber print. Has a real nice gloss to it.

Is that how they do it? Is it costly?

We gotta find this out. We all need it done lol. I'd settle for stripes running under my hood.

I can't tell for sure from the picture, if that was paint that guy spent some coin on the skulls. Guess you can say it is comparable to powder coating for cost, different places charge different, but there is a place by me that charges $0.40 sq/in for objects they don't have a set price for.

You can dip anything. The process is really simple and I havn't seen it too much on cars. I have seen alot on firearms, bows, animal skulls, big for the outdoors guys. Most places have carbon fiber, camo, metal, wood, designer patterns. I've seen a Harley dipped in camo that was really cool. The stuff is really cool and it's starting to catch on.

Here is is a video i just pulled up on YouTube how it works
