Fake Gas Cap Uses

I removed my Tribar Pony Emblem off 2011 V6 because there was no use or had a purpose or function. Also, I was going for simplified look... less is more mentality. Anyway, my girlfriend LOVES the pony emblem. So was wondering if anyone tried creatively doing something with it.

Thought of it, but it would be too big to put in pocket. Maybe if it was for the men's restroom key at a Ford autoshop.

I could try to retrofit a cuckoo clock and use it as a clock face or the bottom tail like this one... might be interesting.

This might be viable: imagine the 6 inch diameter gas cap as a belt buckle.

Kind of like the the big buckles that Cowboys win at Rodeos. That should be the prize for winning Mustang of the month.

I'm thinking it would be cool to get multiple emblems to go all around the belt. Might get heavy, but would look seriously impressive.

Yes! I think that is an excellent reuse for the emblem.

It was like that when I won it at an online auto auction site. It's a rear ended wreck with salvaged title. A lot of people have asked. I should put together a build thread at some point.

Yes, please do a thread. It will be an interesting build to follow. Is bodywork your profession?

Bodywork not my profession. I'm in between jobs right now. Looking forward to getting mustang fixed so I can enjoy driving it around this summer before I get a job again.
