cant get tips off

Hey guys, the previous owner put these god awful autozone tips on the tailpipes and they are rusted on there good. Cant afford a catback right now but id at least like to get these rusty things off, i had to cut the screws off with a hacksaw but its rusted on at the back. Can anyone recommend a good rust eater product or have a suggestion?

Guys I give up, these cheap *** tips absolutely wont come off. Ive used just about a whole can of PB on them and ive been tapping on the back with a hammer and flathead screwdriver. They just wont budge no matter what...gonna have to hack it off at the hangars til i can afford a catback

I might have to cut just half the old tip off cause if i do the whole thing the pipe literally will end at the hangar. Unless i can find some cheapo in pipe ones and do a small weld
