led interior mods

Im doing some led interior and have a few questions that i will post as I go as well as some write ups as i do them for people. So far ive replaced tge dome light and map lights (dome red map white) next comes the first question. I want to tie in under dash lights/floor lights to the dome so when the door opens and the dome is on they will be too. I figure there is a wire near the headlight switch that i can use and am gonna start doing some hunting. But if anyone would like to help that would be great. As i said, i will post pics for people too so people can see how its done and they can do it.

Thanks

Btw its a 99

I spliced my LEDs in the passenger side pillar. That's where the wire runs up to the dome light
