Stick on stuff

Does anyone know I get this off? The previous owner had that autozone shark antenna on it and I can't get this stuff off. Any help?

I can't tell what the texture is like on that but my car was bought from a dealer called Eastgate ford, they left a badge on my car that left nasty residue on it.

I'm sure an auto tech/paint specialist wouldn't recommend it but I used Easy Off oven cleaner and it worked great. Goof-Off is supposedly made for that but I don't see how that could produce better results. Just be sure to be thorough when you wipe it off.

Rubbing alcohol might work I've used it for tar and it works great.

Goof off and a heat gun to soften it up peel as much as you can with your fingers then start with the goof off. It has worked for me not so sure I would use oven cleaner on my paint not saying it won't work just saying it is a really caustic stuff.
