Restoring the Reflectors Inside

So I refinished one of my foglight lenses and it came out great. However, I realized the problem was the inside of the foglight, the shiny part that reflects the light from the bulb. Does anyone know a way to fix these reflecting things ??? Mine seem to be really dirty and may be scrapped and chipping. I know I can buy a new foglight but I'd rather explore other options first. Thanks guys!!
