What the hell?! Really? I'm in Texas by the way and the fact that you have tinted Taillights is illegal or that they're spray painted lol?

The guy/cop said tinting your taillights are illegal. I've passed a bunch of cops and never had any trouble with them. Besides today.

Tinted tail lights are illegal, its just most cops don't care... I've personally checked mine and you can clearly see brake lights when my foot is on the brake. Hell i think they even help because i hate it when i'm behind someone at night and their brake lights are blinding me cause they are so bright.

Only bad thing about that is if some idiot rear ends you at night, they very well may try to use that as an excuse to get out the accident. People will find any way to flip the blame onto anybody else but themselves.
