Paint touch up

I have chips in my paint in random places, couple on the hood, doors, etc. How would I go about fixing that? I definitely don't have enough money to get the whole car painted or anything so why do I do?

Could you tell the difference? Like where the touch up paint was and where the original was?

Is it like a spray or a little brush kind of thing? I have some touch up paint in a little bottle with a brush in it. I just didn't want to use it if that's not the best option
