Need a paint job

As bad as it sounds, I'm looking for a paint job and I'd like to see who's the cheapest. The clear coat is coming off of my car really badly and it's driving me crazy (and it's black). I'm just looking for some ideas and places that I might like that have affordable prices. Anywhere around Santa Clarita through Bakersfield, Ventura through Calabasas or anywhere in between those areas.

If the paint underneath the clearcoat is still in reasonably good shape, you might consider only having the clear repaired.
I recently saw a "cheap" paint job on a Mustang and I can NOT, in good conscience, give you any recommendations in that direction...

I wish it was in good shape!! Unfortunately people love to eff up my car and I have dents from people kicking and punching it, key scratches and everything else. So with that I would need a little bondo. But the paints all messed up ):
