Polishing Interior Plastics

Yo guys, I'd like to buff out just some minuscule but noticeable scratches on my gauges and on the tiny head unit display screen. What product/polisher would the pros out there recommend for a diy-but-professional job?

Try using a clay bar. It can be used on the headlights so it may do the same to the plastics.
