Polishing

Remember the thread on using sander for polishing, well this weekend I finally polished the entire car using only the 7" rotary.
Man did it ever come out great. I used black foam with mid level polish the blue foam with "pure polish". There are no swirl marks and all but 3-4 scratches are gone.
Have 1 coat of glaze on the hood and frt fenders and it is a mirror - I would say show car material. Not bragging but I really did not think it would be as good as it is.
I intend to put 2 coats of glaze and 3 coats of wax. Then it goes away for the winter.

No one should be afraid to polish with rotary. Just use common sense, mild polish and med to low speeds and keep constant movement. The results are fantastic.
