Paint color suggestions

Hey the car I am trading to get has a super bad paint job. It is bad. I wanted to see what colors y'all would think would look best. I want a color that really stands out but not tacky or weird looking. I also love matte. Thanks guys

How much are you putting aside for a paint job?

The blue is a sweet color. If you keep it the original color you won't have to have the jambs, under hood, and the under trunk re-sprayed. Save you a bunch of money.

Honestly, I'd go with the same color. That shade of blue really does stand out. If you want to set it apart, you could always go with a stripe kit, or some other add-on.

do you think it would look good to paint it blue and get a some vinyl wrap and do a trim with it?

Personal opinion: No. With Mustangs, less is more. You can do a LOT to improve the look of any Mustang, but seldom does it include graphics. More often, it's body kits, hoods, grilles, etc.

Now, that's just me. It's your car. Do whatever makes you happy. But, be warned, if you make it look like a Honda Civic, you'll get teased a little around here. No Rice Allowed!

Have fun!!
