Any pics of tinted heads and tails?!

I'm getting my headlights tinted for my bday from the hubs. I wanted to see if any of you have a 2013 or 14 tinted headlights etc. my question is how dark did ya go and how much does it affect visibility. I don't think the tails really need tinted but I was thinking fogs and headlights and side markers.

I'm using GTS covers for my headlights and I plasti dipped the fogs. They snap on and off, but you have to open the hood to install 'em.

Visibility is pretty rough once you heavily tint the headlights like that. Although I must say the picture above looks awesome!

From what I've seen, most people enjoy heavy headlight tint when they don't daily drive their Mustang. Since they're not forced to drive at night for long. I've always enjoyed headlight tint on my drag cars too, again because I don't drive at night much. Then again, if you live in a city with lots of lights it may not matter as much to you. We just have a lot of dark roads around here with over hanging trees.

It's all about preference!

Shane

Awesome. Thanks Shane. It isn't my DD anymore. I invested in a winter vehicle and I don't do a lot of night driving. Like the look of the stang. Bad ***. I think I might have to go that way.

Depends on the person. My Mustang is my only car and it's fully tinted lights.

Same here, you can always compensate with brighter light bulbs, I have the Raxiom smoked ones that AM sells, but in some Silverstar Ultras and they were great

Thanks for everyone's replies. I'm gonna buy the headlight covers from A.M. and still up in the air about tint on the fog or if I'm gonna buy the boss caps. And then I'm gonna tint the side markers and not touch my tails since the 13's are already dark. I guess I test visibility out with trial and error and if I need to upgrade bulbs I will!

Nothing against the AM ones, but I don't think you are able to remove them easily for night driving like the GTS ones. If you don't plan on removing them, then you're fine.
