Wrecked my gt

Long story short.. a lady stopped in front of me on a merging lane and I ran into luckily only my front bumper, header panel, and right head light was damaged. Was wondering what's a good brand of paint and if it has paint flexer in it. No one step or one stage paint.

Duplicolor is a good brand to use for what you need. As for the flexing, you can get a rattle can of it at the parts store. Just follow the directions and your fine. That's what was recommended to me by my auto body teacher.

Its called adhesion promoter. Its for parts that flex like polyurethane bumpers or other plastics. It goes on under Tue paint and helps to keep the paint from cracking while driving.

the black matched perfectly. I did the prep work my buddy sprayed it, I told him to spray a extra thick coat of clear coat now I gut two runs and a rough spot from the gun acting up on the last coat of clear coat so we gotta wet sand and buff it and it'll look like it came from the factory. Waiting for it to cure before we buff and wet sand how long should we wait I hear it's good to do it when the paint is still soft but I've seen what happens if you buff uncured paint..

I was taught that you shouldn't buff it for a month or two, to give it time to cure and "gas out".

I was told to not wax while it's gassing out and that most paint shops will buff the car after 2 days they sprayed clear mostly because the paint is still soft and you can buff out runs or ruff spots where gun acted up on last coat of clear. Is that true?
