S197 Rear Valence Options?

Watching end of a wash-detail of the 2011 GT (Kona Blue) recently the black, plasticky stock rear end valence really stood out to me as the one part of the car's rear end appearance that is not world class.

Can that valence be removed, paint matched, and reinstalled at the body shop?

What are some options for aftermarket rear valences, paint matched or not, that folks feel are worthy of the rest of the car's appearance?
