I have one and I really like it. I actually stepped down to the smaller 5 or 5.5 inch pads to get to some the harder areas on the car. It's really easy to use and you can't really mess up.

Ty, that's what I'm hearing. Will those pads fit on the backer it came with?

Yup they fit just fine and stick past just a little so you don't have to worry about the backer any

Nice, thats a good one. The 6.5" pads are good for getting decent sized areas, but it may be a bit hard to get the front pillars and such.

What type of products are you using to compound/polish/wax/seal/glaze or what not.

I have not used said polisher yet. Probably gonna use Croftgate products or Meguiars. Live near Chicago, don't think I will ever get my car out of the garage.

Russ....as we discussed. Croftgate has a both a compound and polish that are machine grade high quality....before I started using Croftgate I was using Meg's 105 and 205....and liked those.

Check out Euro Tech 7000 polish/glaze. I just did a full correction w/ Mother's clay & the 7000.

We use Optimum Hyper Polish a lot, this works great for light to medium swirls or just cleaning the paint up. This how very long working time with no dust at all. For compounding you can't beat Meg's M101, this stuff is amazing.
