Roush Chin Spoiler

Can I install this without taking the bumper off?

I have a V6 Premium with Pony Package

Cool i was reading the installation manual and it says that yes u should remove it.

For what I see so far it can be installed without removing it but just wanted to ask to be sure

I mean you can if you want, the installation would be easier. But all you need is a jack and jack stands.

Took me about an hour and a half to install the roush splitter and a stow a way license plate bracket

I had seen that to install the roush splitter you have to cut up the factory splitter is that true?

Yes you have to cut about 18" I think off each side. Here's a good install video that I followed.
