10-12 to 13-14 front end conversion

I could find anything in search either my fault or my phones but

Most have seen I hit a deer. What needs to be done to swap the 10-12 front end to a 13-14

Its gonna get really $$$ for you to do a complete change over. I personally like the look of 10-12, specially grill surround area.

What's your budget though?

I've got both and think you are going the wrong direction as I personally like the 10-12 front end better. You are also going to be able to find 10-12 parts at a better cost since so many people have take-offs available, BUT, if you insist, you'll need a bumper/grille, radiator cover and a hood. I'm 99% sure the lights are the same as are the fenders. Best of luck to you either way.

Thanks for the help, I'm still not a 100% on the swap just an option as I pretty much need all the parts anyways

I agree, the 10-12 front fascia is my absolute favorite on the S197.

Headlights (despite the new design on 13-14) are all the same size and shape. Fenders appear to be the same on 10-14 as well. So new hood, bumper (OEM 13-14 chin spoiler as well?), radiator cover, grilles, parking light assemblies (not sure if these have changed or not), fender well splash guards (same case here), all of the appropriate mounting hardware, etc.
