Rear Calipers Completed

Here are the before and after of my rear calipers. Painted with Dupli-Color BCP400 Brake Caliper Red Paint. Was pretty easy and I'm pretty happy with the after. Unfortunately have to wait until next weekend to do the front, . I will also be adding the Pony decals to both front and back as well.

Looks good! I want to do this in a couple of weeks but can't find a match paint for red candy that won't break the bank. Lol

Do you leave the caliper on the car or did you remove them from the car.

Thanks. Yeah that color is definitely going to be custom and pricey, but it does look good when done.

No, I left them on and just used painters tape and artist brushes. Walmart had a set for like $4 that is amazing.

Front calipers painted!

Finally finished the fronts. Adding Mustang and Pony decals to them next.

I personally would get rid of the American Muscle rocker stripe. Doesn't flow with the car in my opinion.

You would be the first to say that. Everyone that has seen the before and after in person love it. More importantly, I love it.

I'll be the second one to say it. Rolling around as an advertisement for a company is bleh IMO. But if you like it its your car so rock it. I'd just ask whoever likes it if they know its a company logo and not just "my car is American Muscle".

As far as the calipers go, it looks good, hopefully the finish holds up.
