I am in love with Chemical Guys!!!

Decided to clean Cookie Monster today, and have now switched over 100% to Chemical Guys products... VERY happy with the way my first cleaning came out with their stuff, and I am sure I will get even better results once I mess with them a lot more... I didn't use my Black Light Radiant finish this time around, as I wanted to try my FREE XXX wax they sent me, but I will next time for sure!!! I did use my favorite product of all time of theirs, the hybrid V7 detailing spray... That stuff is absolutely incredible... I highly endorse their products, and will be buying a ton more as I build up my cleaning/detailing section in my garage...

Thanks! No I currently have a Airaid cold air intake now and I am running the 91 SCT octane tune. Car works well and there is a noticeable difference!

Honestly, it's not very good at all... I personally look over it as I really like their products... But I really do wish their customer service was a lot better...

Try to get ahold of Greg Masterson. He is a professional detailer at Chemical Guys and will help you out for sure with any customer service.

I spent $500 bucks on an eco detailing pod. 3 days after I ordered it still hadn't shipped so I called. Customer service told me they were out of the stand alone eco detailing pods but they had them in a kit that comes with the pod and 2 gallons of ecosmart. Not sure how this makes sense, they could have just sent me the pod without shipping the separate 2 gallons of ecosmart. Nevertheless, they never contacted me to let me know the situation and if I didn't call them I would still be waiting. They ended up upgrading my order and sending me the pod with 2 free gallons of ecosmart so I was happy and felt that was the right thing to do. When the eco pod arrived the box was damaged because the pod was poorly packaged. The pod arrived with damage to one of the wheels (which I wasn't too concerned about) and the sticker that says "warranty void if seal is broken" was already broken. I called customer service and they gave me an email address of a supervisor to explain the situation and send photos of the issues. 3 days later after no response I called in again and was told the supervisor would look into it and call me the next day. 2 more days past and I finally get an email saying sorry for the inconvenience and the supervisor forwarded my email to another department to "see if there is anything they can do." In my email I said the machine was working properly and I didn't see it necessary to ship the machine back, I was just concerned about my warranty being honored in the future. I felt like I was trying to work with them and make this resolution easier to avoid shipping costs of a new machine both directions. Anyways, poor customer service.

The customer service never got any better. I am still really disappointed that the supervisor who was supposedly helping me didn't know which way was up and still to this point never addressed my issues. On the plus side, the Eco detailing pod is a great product and I love it so far. Also, seems like there products are good so I just hope I never have any other issues relating to customer service.
