Clay Bar

I am going to clay bar today for the first time i have read many threads and did a lot of research on it. Just wondering if anyone has any last minute pointers or tips that helped them. I will post pics later when i finish

Take your time, use plenty of lube, don't scrub in one spot too long, and reshape the clay every so often.

Here is a link for the Jax Wax clay bar system. There is also a video at the bottom of the page. I plan on using this system this Fall when it is nice and cool here in the desert...

Make sure to apply a fresh coat of wax afterwards. Otherwise you will leave your paint unprotected.

The paint might feel smooth to your bare hand but if you REALLY want to make sure it's good and clear, grab a plastic baggy and put your hand inside, then glide your fingers across your paint. You'll feel EVERYTHING that's on there.

Oh, and if you drop your clay in the dirt, it's gone. Do NOT reuse it.

Finally done, i am very happy with the results. After clay bar i used polish and then wax after that just to make sure my paint is protected and to give it best results. Thank you all for your tips i attached some pics below of the after. Click image for larger version
