Possible repaint?

I just noticed these today. I know it's not from road hazards. Do you guys think I could push for a new hood/repaint?Click image for larger version

Looks like the hood is striking the fender in that area. Not sure what would be causing that. How are the panel gaps on the left and rights sides of the hood, even?

Also check the rubber nubs at the front of the engine bay that adjust the hood height when closed.

upon inspection in the daylight I can see a slightly bigger gap on the passenger side leaving the driver side slightly tighter. That was my first impression as well, but I don't know how the hood could be moving...
