Resistall

I had the Resistall coating put on at the dealership. Yes, I know it was probably a mistake but they sold me on the 7 year warranty.
Well, now I have noticed what appears to be either some residue or they didn't buff it well enough when applying on the top of the back fenders.
I have sent in a claim, but just wondering what you would do??Click image for larger version

In the pic, you can see darker areas by the antenna. That's the "clean" spots. Around it is some type of residue, and you can feel it when rubbing your hand across it.

I think I see white specs under the clear coat. Hard to tell because of the light

Update: the company for the warranty is Cal-Tex. After a discussion and some pics, they paid for a clay bar and wax. Took the car to a local detail shop and it turned out awesome!! There was actually some type of overspray over the entire car.
I would post a pic but it's been raining all day. Of course, I detail the car, it rains.
