Crooked Fender

My passenger side fender seems to be a little out of place. Pretty sure it was like that before I bought it, I didn't notice it until recently. I'm certain the hood isn't off because you can tell the edge of the fender is hanging much lower compared to the driver side.

Any ideas if and how I can fix it? Maybe loosen some bolts and push it up?
Doesn't look like its ever been hit or repainted so I am not sure why it's crooked in the first place.

I am doing a GT front bumper swap soon and maybe I could fix it myself while I have the bumper off.

Have this too on my drivers side fender. I'm pretty sure this just happens over time. I don't know what you could do to fix it other than to try some heavy duty automative tape maybe?

I've noticed even pictures on AM's website and magazine have 2010-2012s with fenders and hoods misaligned. I think this might be a common problem but I can't find any info on it.

The fender is bolted at the top right under the edge of the hood, you can try loosening the bolts (3-4 I believe) and pushing the fender in and re-tightening the bolts

Yes there are 4 bolts under the hood for the fender. I'm probably going to try loosening them with the front bumper cover off, might be easier to move that way.
