Angry Rubber flaking off trim on 2015 Mustang Convertible

I have a 2015 Mustang Convertible that is only a few months old. On both the left and right sides of the car, there is about an 18" section of the black trim which goes around the convertible well which has the rubberized coating starting to peel off. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to stop or repair it? Should I take it back to the dealer and demand they fix it? It looks horrible.

A heads up to 2015 convertible owners on discolored trim piece

This piece is all one piece that goes all the way around behind the doors............and is on back order until October sometime.
I did check on a recent GT convertible that just came in to my dealer, and this piece of trim was perfect looking..........mine? Not so much.
