Short throw shifter purchased

It's bought me the 70$ short throw shifter from AM, the shipping was in between, not fast nor slow. I haven't put it in yet so all I have to say so far is that the baggies all the nuts and stuff was in was torn all up so when I got it out they spilled all over my floor I'll update this tomorrow when I get it in, also if a AM employee reads this you should make a video on putting this in, it's just more convenient, or get a better written instruction, I don't like the ones you guys have. Hopefully all goes well tho and I'm happy with the product be back tomorrow.

It's so simple it doesn't need a write up. Just a little hands on experience. Unbolt front of drive shaft so u will have plenty of room, the rest is pretty simple. Good luck bud.

I installed it and it's way better than stock. It's a little rough and rigid, and I feel like a brand name one would destroy this, but it's definitely a good bang for your buck product. Thanks AM

On my old mustang I had similar feelings about it but after a couple weeks it got better. You should look into a new shift knob if you still have the stock one. I made one out of a pool ball. Fits my hand so much better!

So it breaks in so to speak? Lol that's definitely a good thing.

It settles yes, but more you develop the muscle memory to use it properly. Honestly I liked how chunky it was. Shorter than my triax too.
