AM sent me two different color wheels

So I ordered the forgestar wheels and put them on today so I decided to wash my car and after close look at them I notice that my front ones have a gloss to them and the rear are more flat. Is hard to tell but they r def different wtf.

Did you check AM web site to see if they have gloss and flat? Or maybe it's a flaw? Thats real strange though.

Do they have a part number stamped onto the wheel? Either way give AM a call tomorrow and they will get it right for you.

If You still have the 4 boxes you should just look at the part # on the box and then you know you got the wrong goods and AM will make good for sure.Take pic and email to them if you need to. Wrong box compared to 3 correct ones. Either way they should take care of it.

They will. I had a wheel that was obviously defective and didn't notice until it was mounted and they refused to accept a return since it had been mounted.

You can text and/email support your pics as well. I did that with a damaged package they wanted to see. They have good customer service and will take care of you.

They should help you out. But you never know since they say make sure you check your item before you put it on or they wont take them back. But i can see how it was hard to notice! So im sure they will help in your case!

I hope so too. I wouldn't have checked that close either. In the end, it's not what he ordered. So they should take it back. Maybe AM will sell me the piano black pair for a discounted price now : )

Personally, I think that if it's wrong it's wrong. Just because someone doesn't notice someone else's mistake at a certain point in time shouldn't alleviate responsibility - especially when we're not talking about damage or flaws - these are the wrong part!

I can see when it comes to damage them being wary of wheels that were mounted (when did the damage occur?) but in the case of wrong parts ... the finish didn't change after you mounted the wheel!
