This should help clear things up.
1.) I can definitely give you an ETA for the AMR's, I just need to know which finish you ordered. Let me know and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible! Also, we'll send you an email when the part ship. The email will include a UPS tracking ID so you can see where the package is.
2.) Usually, our ordering system will throw a high fraud alert if the order is placed online and the shipping doesn't match the billing. Then the order is put on hold for one of our Customer Service Supervisors to view and verify.
3.) We send promotional emails both at random and sometimes after a customer orders. Typically, it's some sort of exclusive sale to help the customers out with his/her next purchase.
