tuner vs chip

Is the only difference between the 2 is convience of loading tunes? I'm ready to pull the trigger but was just wondering. I'd get tuner but only have internet on phone, so it be bank 4 chip for me.

Also I hear a lot about hybrid tune is that available for 96 gt?

I highly suggest getting the Tuner if you have an OBDII Mustang. The tuner gives you the ability to Datalog, change minor settings, and read DTC's. Plus, you may have easier access to the internet farther down the road!

Our hybrid tune is only available for 05+ Mustangs, unfortunately. However, the Race tune is just as nasty and aggressive!
