Awesome Customer Service!

So I order rim and tire package from AM and had some dings on my rims. Didn't bug me to much so I mounted them anyways. Informed AM and Matt from CS EMAIL SPECIALIST helped me out an sent me a shirt for my issues with them. This is why I stay with American Muscle for all my parts. Great customer service!

I'm sorry to hear about the ding on your wheel, however I'm glad to hear it's not bad enough to bother you. I'm also glad to hear Matt got you squared away and compensated you correctly!

Please let me know if you ever have any questions or need some assistance in the near future!

-Dan

Just from a business stand point I'd send a memo to the am team letting them know about this issue because I've herd of 3 or 4 people have the same problem with damaged rims, fairly recently too. Weather it be in shipping our mounting or when ever these get the dings, it makes me worry about ordering rims.. I really don't wanna go threw the hassle of returning one..

Still AM has had GREAT Customer service anytime I've order from them, keep it up..

Best advertisement is word of mouth, and that's all there is on a form..

Thank you for the Feedback Sixpac, I really appreciate it. I wasn't aware that this occurred more than once recently. I will absolutely look into this further and get to the bottom of it. If it means taking an extra few minutes when mounting the tires, packing them up better or just a little more perfection of the wheel so that it's safer for shipping, we'll get it straightened out!

So you spent how much for a blemished product, and you're happy about getting a t-shirt for it?

Lol!

If you have a discount tire near your place go there, they price matched the AM with actual quality.

And trust me, no dings.

Lol I was thinking the same thing. What's a t-shirt cost them? 5 bucks?

I don't mind have a minor blemish on the rims. It's not that noticeable even to me.

If you don't have anything nice to say don't post it at all. Thank you.

Sorry man. Just pointing out the truth. What else are they going to do with the dinged up product they have? They need to get rid of it some how.

AM I'm sure would have replaced it if he called to complain about it, they always do, But if he's fine with it no harm. And BTW not cool to call anyone a "stupid customer," Just saying.

True that, If it was me I would have got another wheel, but that's just me. I know AM would have had my back, they always have and that's why I continue to purchase all my parts from them. After almost 3k invested from AM I have the piece of mind that if anything is wrong or damaged they'll have another one out to me before I've even shipped the other one back! I don't ever worry when ordering from them, that's what's hard to find in a company these days!

This is not the truth when it comes to us. We will never intentionally sell a damaged product. There's a chance this could have been damaged during shipping or before we received it etc.. without us even knowing! If we would have known about the ding on this wheel before it was shipped, it never would have left our facility and would have been sent back to the manufacture.

We will do whatever it takes to make sure our customers are happy and in good hands. If the OP wanted a new wheel because of the damage, it would have been sent out right away. The ding is clearly very small if it's not even noticeable and after the OP was okay with the ding and had no desire to swap it out, we offered a t-shirt just to show him that we appreciate his business and loyalty and that we're sorry for the inconvenience.

We will also have notes of this on the the OP's account. So when he places his next order, I'll make sure he's taken care of!

I hope this clears things up. Like I said, We'll always bend over backwards to make sure all of our customers are in good hands and satisfied with all of their orders.

-Dan

I agree with this 100% The thing that impresses me is they have a few folks that watch a public forum and help out on it. They have people openly trash them and openly praise them and they still want to make sure the customer is taken care of. I will keep purchasing from them for my 2013 now if they start carrying stuff for my 1968 I would spend a whole lot more with them.

Ill rely on the quality I've seen, and the products I've bought, before trusting empty words spoken. Thank you.
