Hmm, i have not made any purchases at americanmuscle.com

My bank account says that I have done over $3000.

I sign into American muscle.com, zero purchases. The last one I have a problem with. No way to resolve it, "it doesn't exist" sent a support email, nothing.

What up with that AMDan?

I've been erased.

You have not been erased. I just looked into your order number and it's in our system. It sounds like something may be acting up with the 'My Account" feature on the website. I will have our web team look into this and make sure everything is working properly!

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has may have caused you. I'm going to have my CS manager give you a call shortly so we can make sure you're squared away!

This happened to me when I changed my email address. They can fix it if you contact them. I believe there is a contact link in that area, something like "can't see your purchases".

Dan,

I sent another support email. I have not had time to call Steve back. It would be great if you guys could just reply to my customer support emails. Being on the West cost complicates things. I can't integrate dealing with this problem during my work day at this point.

I do see my past purchases now. Most likely you guys were having an IT problem when I last accessed the site.

Steve called me again today. I tried to return his call and end ended-up at a the main line. I called 1:30 PST, so it wasn't after hours. Since he left me no extension, no last name, I have no idea how to reach him. I *really* can't drop what I am doing at work just to deal with this to answer his call.

All I'm asking for is a response for the (now) two support emails I have sent. The first one was two weeks ago.

I suppose I could have selected the "current orders" option. I'm sure that would have wasted a lot of my time. I don't have 30 minutes to waste during the day. This is why I want support via email.

Are you guys are back-logged or what with support emails?

I don't think I'm being unreasonable here.

What's your Email address? Our email team has no back logged emails at this time. There's a chance your email got lost in transit, send to the spam folder or a chance we could have replied and our email went to your spam folder. There's so many different things that could have happened, but I assure you that we wouldn't just ignore your email. Let me try and track it down!

Hey man, I don't think you are being a d**k. American Muscle has good stuff. This is about a dispute. I have bought a lot of stuff from them. This is the only problem, which goes outside of this thread. S*it happens.

$1500 for ford racing handling package. Not on my list of purchases.

The car handles great but I do not have record of ever buying it from American Muscle on the site, only my bank account.

Why is this important? What will I do if they can't do proper accounting and something goes wrong? Do I get you never bought it from them?

Mail order, where is your proof you ever bought anything? Beware, American Muscle is not Amazon.

Every time I go buy something from AM I look at my account. My past purchases are a moving target. There are gaps between my purchases. The biggest gap I noticed is the Ford Racing suspension. $1500. It never happened on their books yet I have a charge to my bank account that says $1500 to American Muscle. I'm sure I'm approaching 7 or 8 thousand with this company.

Is it unreasonable to expect my account information provide some sort of reliable statement?

I received brake pads from American Muscle today. No receipt. If it disappears from the website then it is like I never bought it.

Sorry to hear about the trouble here but I'm going to ask that you shoot us a call.

This is one of the most common calls and complaints that we get and it's typically in relation to one email address or another not being linked.

So here's what we'd do - Have you call in (as I don't want you posting your personal email here)

We'll track down any and every order you've had and then have the previous orders that are not showing "merged" so everything's neat and tidy.

Call in, haha. Good luck with that. No one answers the phone. As far as different emails goes, I've had the same email address for 10 years.

Here I am buying more stuff from American Muscle now. Hood struts. Last week it was the sprint booster.

You guys have some serious problems with your website. Seems there is no consistency between two databases. There are so many missing things that I have bought.

InfinibandGT - Shoot me a PM with your name, and any email that you've previously used in the past and I'll do this personally for you. I've been here for 5 years and I'm sure this is why they're not showing on your account. It happens daily.
