No, I got 40$ cash refund, for many complaints I've had through them. Wasn't just one item.

But what I am asking is if the issue you had was a manufacturers defect or what is what AM did?

If it was a manufacturers defect there is no point in going off on American Muscle as they just sell the parts as most do. They take it up with the companies to try to get you the correct part and if they went out of their way to compensate you, that is commendable.

I'm not gonna go after like 3 different manufacturers, AM sold it, some of the items I'm not 100% sure were they are from. It's not my job to deal with getting sold unsatisfactory items.

So I did what anyone would do and go back to where I bought it from.

It's obvious everyone is obsessed with AM. And I find it strange that no one would believe that I could POSSIBLY have a bad experience. The fact of the matter is, every company messes up.

I'm not that guy who orders a rare steak, then gets medium and sends it back. I'm generally a pretty open guy to faults. But this has just been too many, and I won't be beaten down by the overwhelming amount of people disagree with me. DESPITE the fact that they don't know the full story.

Oh believe me I am not siding one way or another just trying to get the story straight. I want to know what happened...did you get a part, install it and then there were defects on them and you wanted AM to give you money back? What exactly did AM do that was wrong, is my question

Despite the fact that it may have been a manufacture defect. AM should have some kind of quality control to not let these types of things get thru the cracks. I have heard multiple quality issues with AM lately

There is a guy on here that went thru 13, yes 13! Sets of rims before he finally settled for a set BC am offered him a partial refund if he kept them. The coating was bad on every set he got. The least they couldn't done is open the box before they shipped them. You know how much it cost them to ship 13 sets of rims, twice lol.

Idk guys. This is really all I'm trying to get at. We're all working men, and when you spend a lot of hard earned money on stuff you expect it to be 100%

Especially with our cars! These are our babies!

Just looking for some quality. I kinda think a lot of their parts are just poor quality to begin with, cheap product.

I can see how the situation can look bad, but sometimes drop shipping items can cause that. Sure after the first set...or even two of rims, I would have to personally look at them before shipping another set and take pictures, etc...but sometimes you hope for the best from drop shipping companies.
