I like it. How about everyone stops pretending they know what's going on with me and Dan, and I'll stop assuming things about you.

Funny how someone tries to defend a company that has done right by them and people bash on them "fanboys" pretty disrespectful to tell you the truth. People like that shouldn't post on here. People who ask for help the way op did. I don't know how AM deals with these types of jerks who want everything handed to them and more. Props to AM customer service and Dans professionalism with this issue. He's trying the best to help out and you guys are still being ******** to him and anyone supporting him. If you don't like AM don't shop there and go somewhere else.. I'm pretty sure if there was a McDonald's forum or a Wal-Mart forum you guys wouldn't stop *****ing everyday.

Says a new person complaining.

See that's all great that you think that. However, when people's hard earned money gets wasted, people tend to turn into your said "jerks"

You were reimbursed, unless there's something else you're not telling us?

if you have the time to email them, you for sure have the time to pick up the phone and call them. I've been ordering from AM for over a year now and I've had nothing but great customer service from them.

Too long of a story.

Lets just say, over 1,000$ I wish I hadn't spent, and 5 different products showing up very unsatisfactory.

Followed up by a uninterested "CS Manager" with 40$ to try and "square me away" aka get me to shut up.

If you were so disapointed about the other products why did you keep them? Or why did you still shop there?

I used to really be into this company because everyone spoke so highly of it. I guess it took a while to finally give up on em.

Then a few stopped working and it was the final straw.

If you're gonna complain about a company, do it this way, explain yourself, and don't do as much bashing :p
I noticed you stopped raging. Congrats

Tough situation. Hard to explain the details of all the instances. I guess you'll just have to trust that I don't act like this without reason ;B
