Hey,

I'm sorry about the break up in communication. Can you please provide me with your email address, via PM. I'm going to check with my email manager and figure out exactly what's going on there. We have a really quick turn around time and will answer every single email, so it sounds like somethings going on here. I would bet your email is getting pushed to our spam folder of a different location, we can definitely get this straightened out though!

I can help you out with your tuner as well. This is actually a rather simple fix! It looks like your latest update/firmware didn't take to the device. I would recommend hoping on your computer and downloading the latest firmware to the device and you should be good to go!

If you have any questions, or this doesn't work just let me know and we'll further troubleshoot. You can also give the Bama team a call with any questions! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

-Dan

what.....is........a........phone? Is it the same thing I use to browse website, listen to music, and use to text ppl?

it has a weird keypad thing on it with numbers, is that how I use it?

seriously though, it would probably be easier of just to call BAMA directly about the issue and could been fixed quicker then sitting and waiting for an answer

I don't see how getting mad at others opinions will get you an answer any faster then you already have. It seems that AM is trying to help you but you want to play a victim. Call them...if you feel you don't have the spare time...do it while you take a poop. Multitask...just don't overly grunt while expressing your issues with the AM rep that you're talking to.

Crycrycry. You DO complain A LOT! BTW its a public forum and if you post something like you did expect some criticism! It would have taken a 10 minute phone call to get you going again but instead you go on a little rant about AM and then ask........can you help me? "Roll eyes"

Hey Cranker,

Just to confirm, for what I understand my Customer Service Manager has reached out to you directly and addressed every issue you've had with us, reimbursed you and got you taken care of?

Please let me know if this is not the case!

Hey,

Is there anything I can do to change this decision? Did you attempt to update your tuner yet? I also haven't received a PM yet with your Email address or Contact information.

I want to make sure you're taken care of and I'll bend over backwards to make sure you're squared away!

-Dan

Hey,

Is there a particular experience that you had with us that is driving these harsh words?

If you don't mind, can you please shoot me a PM with your order number and a brief summary of what happened? I would hate to loose you as a customer and will do whatever it takes to regain your trust..

If you have no interest in PM'ing me, I completely understand.

-Dan

"Get laid or drink a beer or something." We have a winner here folks... I personally like AM. Everything i've ever bought has arrived faster than expected, and arrived in great condition i've called them numerous times to ask about which parts would work for my car and got knowledgable answers. Maybe some people are just too picky and demand too much. But if americanMuscle bent over backwards like they have for some of you, i would have the utmost respect for that company. Try getting ahold of someone that gives a **** about you at walmart... Let alone offer to take care of you on their personal time. Keep on rockin' AM. Keep on rockin'.

Here's the thing.

Shop enough, and you'll eventually have what you perceive is a bad experience.

I've had one with LMR. So instead of *****ing about it, I DON'T SHOP THERE.

I had an issue once with a product on AM, but I called and it was handled. Right then.

And just an FYI, email is not guaranteed to get a response. Emails get lost by ISPs, junk/spam filters or sometimes (god forbid) missed.

I'm pretty sure in your "young" life you've made a mistake or didn't get to something. IT HAPPENS. Grow the hell up.

Vote with you wallet if you are so pissed. Don't shop or deal with am.

But I've bought stuff at many online parts suppliers. AM and stage3motorsports have been the best to deal with especially when calling.

You tell me Dan. Does 40$ make everything all good? Would almost go as far to say that it's insulting.

We had no intentions of insulting you. I thought that we did a really good job of addressing every single issue you had with us head on. We reimbursed you the full price of the headlight covers that you weren't happy with and credited you back for the 3M tape you had to purchase.

If this is not the case, please let me know what you'd like us to do for you.

We want to make things right with you..

What I do know is that you were reimbursed for your purchase & the 3m tape you bought.

You need to grow up, and yes, a 17 year old is telling you that.

Ok son. Perhaps in my shoes you would see things differently. Not living in big *** house with mommy and daddy, paying for your own stuff.
