You guys are awesome! We're very lucky to have loyal customers like yourselves. Thanks for all the kind words!

RIstang,

I just checked my PM inbox again and don't see any PM's from you yet. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience, so we can get this taken care of ASAP!

You guys at AM are way more trusting than I would be if I had a company. This dude doesn't have computer access to get the part back to you but sure as hell found one to complain and ***** about it online.

I, for one, hope that you guys don't get some smashed to hell Raxioms or a pair of JY V6/GT lights in a box and find his credit card is cancelled when you go to charge it again.

And yeah Wal Mart's policy is ri-god-damn-diculous. Ppl like that dude with the lawnmower need to be told "no, this is not in returnable condition" and that is what most stores will tell you. I mean at least have the common decnecy to tell them it quit working halfway through mowing the lawn and that you are going to another store becuase you don't trust this brand anymore yadda yadda yadda.

Final update, with good news!

RIstang- After receiving your info this morning, I was able to find your previous orders in our system. The good news is one of our Mustang Experts has already beat me to the punch and issued a full credit refund on Friday 11/15/13 @ 5:54pm EST! He noted the UPS tracking was received and saw notes of your particular situation, thus issued the credit ASAP.

After a credit is issued it usually takes 2-3 business days to reflect within your account, depending on your bank. Since it was sent late Friday night, today would be the 3rd business day!

I do want to apologize again for the miscommunication on our part! We solely could have prevented the issue in the first place. Thanks for working with me. I can assure you, we'll be making adjustments on our side to help smooth transactions like this one in the future!

Also, I just sent out some AM swag your way! Enjoy and let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with!

Shane

Like I said, way more trusting than I would be but I doubt a set of headlights is going to hurt the company lol.

Might want to go edit your posts then. They did seem to have an error on their end but seriously you could get a computer to complain about them but not to help them process your return?
