New part problems - Mustang Evolution

New part problems

Okay so im pissed i recieved my parts from american muscle a couple of days ago the box for my gears were open and not properly taped, box for springs was damaged minor scratches on springs. And now after installing springs today i went to install panhard and noticed that the threads on one side of bar is stripped. Im dissapointed that now i have to wait to center my rear axles. Ive seen the other complaints on packing of boxes so atleast im not the only one. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😑😑😑

I'd make sure I contacted them for sure. They seem to be really good at helping and providing customer service.

I understand your frustration with not being happy with your recent order, but before making a thread it would be best to contact them. I assure you AM is not perfect, but they are an excellent company with excellent customer service. They will make this right.

Wherever and whenever I can! At the end of the day guys I'm a consumer too and when things go south when I make an order I'm a pretty unpleasant person to deal with.
