WeatherTech ad in AM catalog wrong

2016 Spring Catalog

It lists liners for both front and back. Would be *nice* but it is wrong. Also mixes up the years. 13-14 vs 10-12 all. "Sold as Set of Four - Front and Rear".

There ARE no rear mats.

What are you talking about? They DO make rear mats for the mustang.

Yep, they definitely make rears. Here is the set for '11 - 14.

But '10-'14 all have the same interior dimensions. And they DO make rear mats.

OP - I just want to make sure I'm on the same page as you are, literally. P78? I think I know how you mean as it says:

"Sold as a set of 4" when that's not the case. Sorry about that but you're definitely right.

If you're after a set of 4 check out the Husky WeatherBeater Liners and I'll make sure to get this passed along to the right team!

I was "after" what was advertised in the catalogue that was sent to me. There is no such product on your website. If I want the rear mats do I need to do it though mail order?

Pretty rude response to a loyal AM customer for pointing out a mistake. I don't think I was rude when I started this thread.

I bought the front mats from AM anyway. Your catalog is misleading.

Than I should be able to order these on the website, since they are listed in the AM catalog.

Tell me where on the AM website you can order the front and rears as advertised in the latest catalogue.

This is what this thread is about.

Don't know if this helps but sometimes when I'm in the site and I go through the categories I can't find what im looking for. A couple time I used their search bar and found it that way

I don't think anyone read the subject of this thread. What am I complaining about? Inconsistencies between the catalogue and the website.

Alex is already taking care of it.

OP, simply reply with "I told you so."

We'll accept our misinterpretation of the thread and we can all move on.

How has Alex taken care of it?

There used to be laws about misrepresenting products for sale through advertising.

Bro, mistakes happen. Alex said he is addressing the issue.

What are you trying to accomplish here?

Yeah I think you are right.

I'm not sure why anyone needs rear mats anyway. It's the size of a post it stamp and who has rear seat passengers in a mustang that regularly who also have wet/dirty feet?

I'm sorry, I misread what you were saying. I thought you were saying that Weathertech did not make rears for the Mustangs.

Well then I'm going to look for a set from a GT500.

The Weathertech mats were the first mod I did to my car. Bought the full set of 4 directly from Weathertech...no chance of problems with what was on offer that way.

...Hey guys

Before this thread gets shut down which it will unless it gets back on track, I've let the appropriate people on our catalog team know and what can I say.

Mistakes happen but we're not going to be able to force the manufacturer/vendor to create a kit because of something that was listed wrong.

My apologies if I was the one that came off rude here as well. I was merely just addressing your comments.

"Sold as a set of 4" when that's not the case. Sorry about that but you're definitely right!"

For the record again if anyone has our latest catalog and would like to look this is on Page 78 under the Weathertech shout out.

When all else fails if anyone is ever wondering about something that's in the catalog, let me know, shoot us an email, a call, use one of our live chat guys, or just check the website to ensure that the listing and price are up to date. Here's the page below:

Alex,

I didn't find you rude.....yeah the catalog was wrong but as you said mistakes happen. I'll suggest to make sure your phone/net orders are told it's only the fronts.

gotta say even though mine is a nice day toy and I had no intention of scoring these they are awesome. I have them in my other 2 cars and Weathertech rocks.

OP is correct...catalog says set of 4.
