American Muscle Customer Service.. Great!

Hey I've recently came into a big issue with AmericanMuscle.com, I've recently purchased AMR silver wheels, louvers, and a bunch of other parts from them. Have had great service in the passed....

Just recently I purchased Maximim motors ports CC plates with also koni str.t shocks and struts. I never installed these parts on my pony, now that I have shipped them back to them unused they are claiming they have been used.. I just totaled my mustang and that's the reason they weren't installed!! Im frustrated because they HAVE credited me 81.20$ for one rear shock and also the CC plates 324.99$. These parts were never installed and I need to be reimbursed. Here are pics of my beautiful car and also a pic of when it was totaled


you can look at pics of my car in the other photos i posted. Also it was dropped on H&r super sports which i loved!! but i need help getting this issue resolved asap

I will say if this holds up it'll be the first time I've seen of a legit claim of terrible from AM

Have you called them, or has all the correspondence been via email? Did AM explain why they believe they have been used? I'd call them and try to find out where the disconnect is.

I have nothing but good things to say about AM's customer service from my experience so far, which has involved returns as well.

I've also heard, read and seen AM do amazing things when it comes to Customer Service.

So you want reimbursement for 1 shock and 2 struts? Were the packages opened? Possibly damaged in shipment?

Secondly - Shoot me the order number via PM or post it here and I'll get to work with my returns team to deem why it was said that they've been installed.

We know what installed parts look like so it's gotta be a mix up.

I mean even if it was the case we're still not going to split hairs about this. We're easy to work with.

If we have a ring and pinion come back and they have marking compound and fluid on them, that's a different story.

I once had an issue with an order from AM. I can honestly say when Alex got involved, things got moving along, and he cleared it up the best he could. To the OP, I truly believe he will do the best he can for you.

The only issue I have had from AM is damaged items in shipment, both UPS and American Muscle's fault. They could have been packaged better, then again the UPS guy could treat my stuff better. Alex did well for me, if he can he will do the same for you.

That was a good looking 6 cyl. you had.

Folks, remember whenever you have an issue (and it don't matter with who) talk with them first, if you don't like their answer kick it up the ladder/food chain but always give them a chance 1st.

Happy customer

So i got a full refund for all the parts i had purchased. I tried talking to them on the phone and they just kept putting me on hold. Well thanks to the forums this issue was resolved rather quickly. Im happy with AM overall and thank you Alex for all your help!
