What kind of food you looking far. Within a few miles you have subway, pizza mia, Creamery ice cream, dunking donuts. More food about 15 minutes away off i80

Ok who's going for sure? Gates open at 9am

So we can meet at the SAMs Club parking lot at 8am and cruise down in a big ol mustang pack, this is right of the highway so for people traveling its easy to find and it's 5 mins away from the track, sound good?

They are both a cruise for me.but I can get to 41 in about 50 mins.66 takes me about 1 hour and 20 mins.I think since I'm a little nervous the first time I go I may sissy it and trailer my stang.

I can bring the helmet I used last year, it's no longer approved but maybe they will let you race with it if you don't find another one.

I'm getting a new helmet, I never had a issue with my old one, the tech guys just told me that I would need a new one because they're good for 12 years and since mine was a 2000 I needed a new one.

Re: Chicago Dragstrip

I have no work all of next weekend so I'm good with that. Also, is it possible to just borrow someone's helmet at the track? Another question I have is, What will they be looking for in the tech inspection??
