Manually shifting automatic

Only if it has manual valve body. Most modern auto trannys have a 1 to 2 shift no matter what.

+1 that.. what he's saying is you can leave it in low and the computer and trans will shift at the highest shift point at WOT. So unless it's a manual valve body as stated its not very much difference.. But take it to your local track and run it both ways an figure it out.

The only advantage would shifting when you want to shift to the next gear. Doesn't the tuners allow you to change shift points on the auto's?
