The slicks are major. I think a 12.2 on streets tires is as best as I can hope for. Hopefully you're right.

Did you ever try removing your front sway bar?

So I installed the FRPP Manifold, FRPP Throttle body and JLT 110MM with a Bama tune.

Drove around a little. I don't know why but it feels significantly faster. Can't wait to see 2/26 if it truly is. The car was breaking loose at 4k+ in 3nd twisting sideways Traction control blinking like crazy. I normally do not touch the traction control except at the track because the car grips great on the street. The street was very cold which I am sure didn't help BUT it never broke like this before.

In the end, all that matters is E.T., until then I'll reserve official judgement.

I WILL say the JLT intake is the biggest piece of **** (quality wise) I have ever seen and it BARELY fits. The heat shield simply DID NOT fit. I had to saw that mother****er to fit properly. Took a 4 by 7 or so inch piece off. The intake has a groove for some sort of clearance, but if it was for the steering fluid bottle, it was way off to the left and the intake is pressed up on the steering bottle.

As long as it performs, I'll be ok with it, but the way it looks? Its seams are all sloppy. It just looks bad.

What are you talking about???? The JLT3 or the old design???? Mine and my buddies all fit perfect and only took 10 mins to install. No trouble at all and looks real nice

What intake did you have b4 that you needed to change out to I assume an outdated JLT design?

I had the C and L and racer 98MM. Went to the 110MM to squeeze every little bit out. With the manifold, cams and TB I felt the upgrade was worth it.

I have next gen JLT CAI for the Mach 1's and mine didn't fit worth a **** either. I had to drill a mount hole in the shield to keep it from twisting the shaker when all the piping was connected. Baffles me how bad some of these kits fit and JLT seems to suck at it more than others.

Hoping for low 12s with spin. Depending on how close I get is what determines whether I get 305 555R2 on. I am fighting the itch to do it this afternoon lol

Haha no. Just got home. But yes disappointed. The email tune was pulling timing past 3rd. You could tell in the time. 12.66 at 106 with a ****ty 1.94 60'. I raped in 1st and second and it would stutter and hold back after 3rd. I dropped it off at my tuner since it was near the track. The track wasn't planned originally. It just seemed like a good idea to compare my email tune to the dyno tune to come. Definitely need to step up my tires. Blowing through 2nd COMPLETELY street or track.

Going back next week after my dyno tune. I'll have the sheets up sometime this week when he emails them to me.

Yeah. The email tune was just necessary to drive the car to the tuner, but it was too tempting NOT to race hehe

Dyno run was 360/309 on bama tune. Tuning as we speak. Slowly accelerating on the dyno it didn't pull timing but it does on smash Wot so room for improvement

Do you think the lower torque is from the new mod changes or just the Bama tune?

The FRPP manifold moves the power and up and along with the cams, cause slow end losses. So it's to be expected.

Looking at your time yesterday and what you experienced with her, it still sounds like you are gonna get the times you were looking for.

I lost almost 5 mph so I'm sure it's a flaw in the bama tune, all gravy

10.34 WHP over the bama tune. Additionally 15-20+ throughout the entire band also. Achieving it sooner and holding to 6550 and tapering slightly to 6800.

23.51 WTQ over the bama tune. Not to mention 20-25+ throughout the ENTIRE powerband. Also achieving it sooner and holding much longer. TQ is 300 almost immediately and never let's up.

Compared to my Tillman tune which uses the same dyno.

Tillman was 340 WHP and 320 WTQ.

So after adding the FRPP Manifold, Ford racing throttle body and switching from 98MM intake to 110MM I gained almost 32 WHP and almost 13 WTQ.

I'm DEFINITELY a believer in the FRPP manifold now

Final numbers were 371.73 WHP and 332.65 WTQ.

I'm very happy.
