S197....hard to outshift an auto...besides that they are also just quicker stock for stock..mod for mod...i always hated running them in my 04 GT

Ya it would take alot for a 2v to beat a 3v mod to mod , but never underestimate driver error, there's an auto s197 at the track with some rat 16 kid driving it, he does a huge burnout on street tires then runs a 15 sec pass idk how lol it's an auto too

Burning out a street tire can kill traction

More valves per cylinder = more power. The 3 valves push out 40 more horsepower and 18 more pounds of torque stock. They also sound a little deeper and throatier.

The auto in a 3V is not anything special. Easily outshifted in a 5 speed. the 2011+ ones are the ones with the very quick shifting auto.
