Mufflers at the strip?

I'm taking my car to test N tune tonight at the local strip and was wondering if I anyone knows what the "rule" is as far as having mufflers. I don't run any mufflers on my car and don't want to get to tech inspection and them be denied because of it. Anyone have any experience with this?

I have cats so it's really not all that loud...to me at least.

Call and ask the track. State and local laws vary from track to track for certain things. Example, Atco raceway, your car has designated days where it MUST be muffled. Usually you're good. Just ask.

With cats your 100% fine just don't open your mouth, let them tech your car, they ask you a question answer. Don't ask them anything

I gave the track a call and got the green light. Tech was more of a check to see if you had a seatbelt lol... It was my first time out with the 3.7.... I was thinking 13.5 at best..... ended up putting down a best of 13.447 @ 104.11

not too shabby for a 6er...

Think so? I was thinking that I had just about gotten everything I could out of my current setup. I got the 1/4 mile bug now so I guess I will have to see what else I can get out of er.

fore every .1 you generally gain .2 in the 1/4.

So if you can get from 2.0 60' to a 1.9X you may see 13.2XXs at 107. oh, and as for reaction time, it doesn't affect your time, so don't sweat it unless you're trying to compete.
