What do you think my turbo 08 GT will run with stock suspension and 285 bf Goodrich g-force tires?

If you can get traction down I will say you will run in the 12's

You should be in the 11sec club with a good launch.

What kind of suspension mods help me get the power down? And drag radials, or slicks?

I think you're looking at a low 12 second pass on drag radials. The stock suspension is really holding you back from a solid launch, which kills the ET. Don't get me wrong, it's got the power/weight ratio to be into the 11's, I just think you need some serious suspension work and seat time.

Let us know how you do at the track. Good luck!
