Well I think I can hold down the record for the slowest PI 2v on here. Ran a best of 15.04 @ 92mph stock. Haven't been able to break that with all the mods I've done

How many feet above sea level is the area in which the track is located or where you live?

I'm at about 5300ft above sea level and need a driver mod. Most Bolt-on guys around here are running mid 15s with an average driver

Well altitude isn't helping me much but here goes:
K&N CAI
Trick Flow intake plenum
Bassani O/R X
Magnaflow ss catback
24lb Cobra injectors
91octane Bama Race tune
Dyno'd at 233whp 272wtq corrected
181whp 210wtq uncorrected with a tune and CAI
3.55 gears
03 Cobra IRS with Billetflow IRS brace
Exedy stage 1 clutch
Steeda Tri-Ax
Ford Racing billet steel flywheel
Tokico D-Specs up front and stock Cobra struts in rear
Cut springs
315/35R17 Nitto NT05s in rear
255/40R17 Hankook Ventus RS3s in front
Cobra front and rear brakes
Weighs 3540 with me in it, no spare, and no subwoofer

There might be more but that's all I can remember. Best 60' was a 2.3

Yeah it's the lightning. That's why I made the face. It has a promar long block but Manley rods, pistons, stock crank, arp hardware. Stage 2 port with crower blower cams and that run was at 21psi spinning in 3rd

This is my 5.0. And I lost in this race too . This was bone stock pretty much with slicks and skinnies. I think the only bolt on I had was a bbk throttle body.

I couldn't drive the car for anything lol

Well, I guess that's it fellas... ZL has out cubic-inched us.
Hmmm. Size does matter.
That's pretty fast for a truck.

And get a load of JDF, claiming that he has the slowest 2V on here. Sheesh. You're really full of yourself, aren't you JDF?

I think that MY car is the slowest 2V on here. Ive never actually run it down the quarter mile, but it feels like it would trap at a snails pace. Especially with me driving! Hell, I'd probably take 15 seconds in between each gear.
Pathetic...

Anytime that you want to have a grudge match for slowest 2V on ME, you just let me know JDF. I'll bring you a piece of what I have to offer...

Hahaha I'm down to hold grudge match, I think my record is quite safe where it is! You do have that fancy Bullitt intake manifold making some power. But if it's absolutely necessary I've got a couple time slips in the 16s as back up... Oh and one 24 second pass

Haha I have a 26 second pass. In my 98 I blew up the tranny when I was getting into 3rd and had to coast to the finish line

Ran a 12.6 for my fastest time, 305 wheel horses with 4.30 gears. Cai, dyno tune, bassani exhaust, new built tranny, aluminum flywheel, upgraded suspension, and a few more things. Running a 1999 cobra. I guess I can't really complain!

That's a really good time.
My 03 ran a 11.5 with the last owner with a really conservative ford tune.
It's pushing 12lbs.
And a stage 2 clutch.
Which unfortunately the whole clutch assembly needs replaced the pressure plate forks and ToB are all going bad

Dang that sucks! But once it's fixed you'll be good to go! And I wouldn't run that well if it wasn't for the gears. It accelerates so hard with them

I can't even imagine.
Mine scares me sometimes and it's mostly stock beside that tune.

Oh yeah. I drove my friends termi and it's all stock except exhaust and mine pulls just as hard up until about 120. But like I said. It's all in my gears. I can break loose in 3rd. It's pretty stupid

Well that must have sucked. Mine wasn't nearly as cool as that, I tried using my tuner and setting a launch control on it and completely failed. I ended up setting my redline to 2700rpms

Haha it was pretty epic because my buddy I was racing tried putting a canned tune on his Trans Am and had similar issues (wouldn't shift out of first) and ran right around 21 seconds. I'll have to see if I can dig up the time slip
