Get 5.0 A6 in 11s...

Ok so I want to get my 2013 auto into 11s. I would like to do it without a converter, nitrous, and slicks. Has anyone did that? Right now I have a vmp tune, steeda cai, o/r xpipe, muffler deletes, and lcas.

I think its going to be tough without a converter without mineshaft air. And with a converter you are going to need some drag radials at least. I mean I put a Procharger on mine and squeeked out an 11.98@ 120mph dead hooking with a 2.0x 60'. I know my tune wasnt the best in the world but that factory converter is a big hold back. I wanted to get away without a converter too but I just bought and installed one and oh boy is it so much better. I have my tune scheduled to get my shift points and lock up right and im sure the car has low 11s in it now. If you drag race an auto a converter is where its at. I have the circle d 3c. I actually like.how the car drives with the higher stall. The throttle response is smoother.

Verry easy, even without a converter.

RJ you need a driver mod or a tune mod.

No i can drive fine. It doesnt take much driver mod to point and shoot an automatic and this isnt my first rodeo. Thats all the car had. The car has been retuned since then adding another pound of boost and the converter just went in. So another tune is needed. I think people watch too much youtube glory runs in subfreezing temperatures. The converters seem to be a lot tighter in the later 13 14 model mustangs.

Well we need more cars like yours down here then. Love beating blown cars off the bottle on the nitrous tune.
Not my first rodeo either bud

A tune, suspension, tires, and a converter and you will be mid 11s if you can drive.

How much does that e85 help really? Ive seen a full bolton circle d 5c car running 11.60s@117ish. 1.5-1.6 60s. Is the best ive seen here locally. I dont get out much though. As you might can tell.

It helps a considerable amount. NA you are looking at 15-20 hp gain.
Boost your looking at 80+ hp gain
Nitrous with e85 gains alot also. On a 200 shot it's more like a 250,

You should make the swap, only thing is you will need a return style fuel system as most you can make on stock pump with a boost a pump on e85 is about 630-50 ish. This is bc it uses about 35% more fuel vs pump gas.

Honestly it's the best thing I ha e doe yet.

That sounds pretty good but unfortunately there are no e85 stations close to me.

Which six speed? Both the autos and manuals are a six speed! Definitely not an auto I'm guessing not on a stock converter.
