I'm not building boost like I was it only goes from vac to 0 I don't know what going on can someone help me please

Check all the connections. I would start with the ones going to the intercooler if it has one.

Not familiar with it but does that kit have a bypass valve, or blowoff valve? Check all connections as well as those if the kit has that.

That's not a Vortech, that is a long out of production Powerdyne supercharger just FYI.

Powerdyne's are driven by an internal belt. The belt could have snapped.

Yep, I forgot about that. They also had a ****load of belt slip issues because of the 6 rib drive setup.
